preconfigured; however, each list is easily customizable.Add, Edit or Delete each list to customize the
list for your clinic.
Quixote Lists Include:
Cancel Reason
Case Type
Custom List - Bill
Delete Reason
Disputed Reason
Employment StatusBox 8 HCFA / CMS form
Marital StatusBox 8 HCFA / CMS form
Occupation
Referral Source
Reschedule Reason
Reserve for local Use Box 19 HCFA / CMS form

Write Off Reason
Click the Admin Icon
Click the Lists button
General Instructions for each list
Selected List: Select list from the drop down window
Click the Add button to add a reason to the selected list
Highlight a Reason and click Edit to Edit this reason
Highlight a Reason and click Delete to Delete this reason
Highlight a Reason and use the up or down arrow to rearrange the order of the selected list.
Click the Save Button
Cancel Reason List
When canceling an appointment,
you will be able to select the Cancellation Reason from the Cancel Reasons
list.
Every patient will have a Case Type. Case Types are for Reporting and Billing.Case Types should be generic.(If
you want to print HCFA's or reports for W/C patients, then the Case Type should
be W/C, not W/C 4/5/2005.)
