  To activate Customer Portal, send email address for each staff member including Providers to: 

   Support@QuixoteSoftware.NET.        

   Now, proceed to Step 3

Stop!  Has each staff member viewed all the tutorials?

When you have viewed all the Staff Tutorials, proceed to Step 4

If yes, proceed to Step 5

  Click the Quixote Icon on the desktop.  Log into Quixote. 

  The first time you log into Quixote use the following User Name and Password (all lower case):

  User name:  ppt

  Password:  iqu

  Once you are logged into Quixote, proceed to Step 6

Note: You may skip Step 6 if Quixote is already set up on your work station(s).

Work Station Software Installation 

This section describes how to setup and configure Quixote on each Work Station. This installation is to be done on each computer in your network, not on the QBoxx/Server.

Be sure to disable all of your firewalls and virus protection before you load Quixote on to a new computer. Once you have loaded Quixote on to your computer, enable your firewalls and virus protection. Be sure to add exceptions for Quixote.

1. Click Start

2. Open Internet

3. In the address bar type in qbox and click enter

4. A webpage titled Quixote Documentation" should come up. Click on the Install tab.

5. Click on the Install Now link and select Run.
