Click the Reports Icon

Click the ICDs Button

The ICD Reports window opens:

ICD Statistics Tab:

Date Range: Select the Date Range to View / Print the ICD Statistics Report for a specific Date Range. (Quixote defaults to None.)

Include Chart:  Check to View / Print the ICD Statistics Report with the Chart Includes.  Uncheck to View / Print the ICD Statistcis Report without the Chart.

Print: Click the Print button to Print the ICD Statistics Report.

View: Click the View button to Print the ICD Statistics Report.

Close:  Click the Close button to Close the window.

Note: There are no filters for this report. This report is to View / Print a list of ICD codes.  (Includes Chart)

Print: Click the Print button to print a ICD Code report.

View: Click the View button to view a ICD Code report.

Close: Click the Close button to close window.

• ICD Code Number of Uses
  

Print this Report: Click the Print this Report button to Print the report.
