Exclamation Mark All Providers must be set up as a User first. 

Click the Admin Icon

Click Providers

Click the Add button, enter the Provider demographic information.


NoteEach Provider can designate when scheduled appointments will change to a Missed status.  i.e. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 1 hour, etc. after the scheduled appointment time.

Required Provider's Login Account - Select the Provider's User Name from the drop down list.

Required Displayed As - Enter the Provider's Name as it should be displayed in reports, including all titles.


Required Enter the Provider Title.  (i.e. D.C.)

Note(Does not print anywhere) Email Address - Enter the Provider's Email Address

Note(Does not print anywhere) Home Phone - Enter the Provider's Home Phone Number.

Note(Does not print anywhere) Cell Phone - Enter the Provider's Cell Phone Number.


Note(Does not print anywhere) Fax Phone - Enter the Provider's Fax Number.

Required Missed Window - Select minutes from the drop down window.


Click the Pins Tab


Enter the Provider's PIN numbers.  (See below)

Click the Billing Tab


The Billing Tab allows configuration of Box 33.  Select Default Billing to print where services were rendered in Box 33.  Select Bill under a single Clinic to select a specific clinic, regardless of where services were rendered.  Select the Clinic to print in Box 33 from the drop down list.

 Exclamation MarkBe sure to Save your information.

Next Highlight the Provider, click the Schedule Tab.

Select the Clinic that matches the Provider's schedule the closest.  Click the Edit Schedule button.

Admin Providers Schedule

Check a day to Activate the buttons.

Click Edit to edit existing schedule for this Provider.  (See below)

Click Clear to add a different schedule for this Provider.

Click Set Same as Clinic, if no changes are necessary.

Be sure and Click Save.

Continue until the Provider's schedule is set.  Be sure to click Save.

To view the Clinic's Schedule, click the Clinic's Schedule Tab

To Add or Edit an Exception for the Provider's Normal Schedule, click the Others Tab

Click the Add button to add an exception to this Provider's schedule

Highlight the exception and Click the Edit button to Edit an existing exception to this Provider's schedule

Highlight the exception and Click the Delete button to Delete an existing exception to this Provider's schedule

To Add an exception:

Enter a Name (reason) for the exception

If the Provider is not going to be in the office check "Out of the Office"

If the Provider will be in the office (these are special hours) check "In the Office"

Enter the date and time From (when this exception begins)

Enter the date and time To (when this exception ends)

Be sure and click the Save button Save button
