Logon Activity  

Click the Admin Icon

Click the Logon Activity Button

The Logon Window Opens:

Current Activity Tab:  Quixote displays Users that are currently logged in to Quixote. 

User:  User's Name that is currently logged on to Quixote. 

Computer:  Which Computer User is currently logged on to. 

Logged On:  Date User  logged on to Quixote. 

Duration:  Duration (length of time) User  has been logged on to Quixote. 

Logoff User: Highlight User and click the Logoff User button to log this User off Quixote on this computer

Tip:  If you attempt to logon to a different computer and Quixote tells you the User is already logged on, highlight the User and Click the Logoff User button.  The User can now log on to this computer.

Day:  To review Logon Activity, Select a day

User:  To review Logon Activity for a specific User, select User from the drop down.  Quixote defaults to ALL.

Computer:  To review Logon Activity for a specific Computer, select Computer from the drop down.  Quixote defaults to ALL.

 Note: Quixote displays:  User, Computer ,the time this User Logged On to this computer, and time this User Logged Off this computer.

Close:  Click the Close button to close the window.
