Patient Statement (2 of 2) Disclaimer: Enter a patient disclaimer.  The patient disclaimer will print in the payment stub section on the patient statement.

Examples:

Patient Receipt:  Have a nice day!  Happy 4th of July!  Thank you very much

Patient Statement (1 of 2) Greeting: Have a nice day!  Happy 4th of July!  Thank you very much
