Treatment Counter Templates   

Click the Admin Icon

Click the Treatment Counter Templates button

To Add a new treatment counter, click the Add button

Enter the Name of this Treatment / Visit Counter

Enter the Default Expected Appointments (number)

Enter the Default Length of Time

• Select the number of Days, Weeks, Months or Years
  
• Select Days, Weeks Months of Years from the drop down
  

Ex. 3 x a week for 4 weeks would be 12 in the Default Expected Appointments field and 1 Month in the Default Length of Time

Note:  Enter the exact number of Appointments and Length of Time.  It's important that patients maintain their schedule.  It does not benefit the patient to receive 12 adjustments over a period of 3 months if the doctor's recommendation was 12 adjustments during 4 weeks.  Treatment Visit Statistics are displayed to assist everyone with keeping the patient on the recommended treatment schedule.

The following window is displayed throughout Quixote. This window displays the patient's progress, duration of Plan and the remaining days of the Plan.  This is why the exact number of Appointments and length of Time is important.

Click the Default Alerts Tab

The number of appointments you have selected for this Treatment / Visit Counter Template will be displayed.  Next to each appointment enter the Alert Message.  (See above)

Click the Save button

To Edit a Treatment  / Visit Counter Template, highlight the Template and click the Edit button

To Delete a Treatment  / Visit Counter Template, highlight the Template and click the Delete button
