Can I change the reason of visit while in the middle of an appointment?

While in the patient's appointment, click on the Advanced tab at the top of the screen.


Click Edit


 Change the reason of visit for this appointment.


 Click Save to save your changes.

Make sure to click Save and Record once you are done with the appointment.
