How do I configure or reset the time for appointments to change to a Missed Status?

If appointments are not changing to a Missed Status (Red) at the appropriate time or to set up:  Go to:

Admin

Providers

Highlight the Provider and click Edit

Enter the amount of time (in minutes) that a "Scheduled" appointment changes to a "Missed" after the scheduled appointment time.
