A patient is not showing up under the active patients section in the rolodex and it should.

Click the Patient Icon to open the Rolodex.

Click on the button that says Active Patients until it says All Patients.


Find the patient and then double click on the name, or you can highlight it and click the button at the bottom of the rolodex that says Open Patient.

Click the Edit Button. In the Edit Patient window, change the patient to Active from the Status drop down. window.


Click Save.
