Go to Admin, then click on Reasons of Visits.

This will bring up the reasons of visits you already have. Click on the Add button towards the bottom right hand side of the screen.

Once the box pops up, add the Description of the visit (for example: 30 minute massage), the length of time for the appointment (for example: 30 minutes), a background color, and a font color. Click Save.
