Can I change the reason of visit after the appointment has occurred?

Review the appointment that you want to change by double clicking on the patient's name in the checked out column of the Appointment's Work Flow view.


Click on the Advanced tab at the top of the edit appointment screen.


Click Edit


Change the reason of visit for this appointment.

Click Save to save your changes

Click Save to save the appointment

Make sure to click Save and Record once you are done with the appointment.
