How do I copy my CPT/ICD or SOAP Notes buttons to my other users?

Click Admin

Click CPT Management (for CPT codes) or Click ICD Management (for ICD codes) or Click SOAP Notes (for Quixote SOAP notes)

Click Copy Button Structure   Copy Button Structure Button

Copy Button Structure

Exclamation Mark Pay close attention to the From and TO. This action cannot be undone.

User to copy from: Choose the user with all of the buttons.

User to copy to: Choose the user that has no buttons.

Click Save  Save button

Confirm Copy

Are you sure: Click Yes

Now the new user will have the CPT buttons.

Follow steps above for ICD codes and SOAP notes.
