When I am trying to add a charge to a patients appointment I am getting an error message "CPT does not exist in cases fee schedule"
Check to see what fee schedule the patient is on.

Click on the patient icon.
Select your patient from the rolodex.
Go to the Case Information tab.
See what fee schedule is assigned.
Check to see if the code you were trying to use is in that fee schedule.

Go to Admin
Fee schedule
Select the specific Fee schedule from the dropdown list
Check to see if the code that your having a problem with is in that Fee schedule

To add the CPT to the fee schedule:

Click on Add CPT
Enter the code in the Code field.
Double click on the code in the above Code section.
Enter the Charge and CPT Type for that code.

If the code is already added.

Go to Admin
CPT Management
Click on the button and hit the delete key on the keyboard, to delete that button.
Type in the code that you have entered in the Fee schedule in the Code section
Drag and drop that code to the button you would like it to be on.
Make sure to type in the actual code on the button as well for future reference.
Click Save.

Proceed to adding the charge to the patients appointment.
