How do I Create a button for a CPT that is in the Fee schedule?
Go to Admin
CPT Management
Type in the code that you have entered in the Fee schedule in the Code section
Drag and drop that code on to the button you would like it to be on.
Configure the appearance of how you would like the button to appear
Click on the Save button
