Wrong column turns blue when ready to check out appointment
In the "in process" column of the 4 column view the data in the last two fields will turn blue when the appointment has been recorded and is ready to be checked out. If your preference is to have the patients name appear in blue, simply click on the column header above the patients name and drag it all the way to the right of the column. If you would like the providers name to change, then do the same thing with the header above the providers name. Whatever information resides in the last two columns of the "in process" column is what will turn blue upon completion.
