Print image form of HCFA is created with 5 charges on one form, and another form is created with only 1 charge, when there is typically room for 6 charges on each HCFA.
The print image issue was caused by a program provided by FOOT LEVELERS
which did warn of its incompaitibility with some billing softwares,
IF IGNORED AND INSTALLED ON A WORKSTATION. You will be unable to submit the billing from that computer again, and even after then uninstall. Printer margin changes will not be reset after uninstall unfortunately.
The only solution is to process billing from a computer that has never had that software installed on it, or reinstall windows on the workstation and start over with a clean slate.
